Educational Seminar with Dr. Gail Williams

Join us for a unique educational opportunity at Hearts Therapeutic Equestrian Center. Dr. Gail Williams, an internationally respected Veterinary Physiotherapist, will be spending the morning with us and sharing her wisdom regarding treatment of injured and postoperative horses, as well as how to prevent injury and increase optimal athletic performance. In addition, she is knowledgeable about how the movement and physiology of the horse impact the rider. This is especially pertinent to those who provide hippotherapy/therapeutic riding for disabled riders, competitive riders of all disciplines, veterinarians, and pleasure riders who wish to provide their horses with the best possible care. She can also speak about the research on the influence of the horse’s movement on human function. This is especially pertinent for those who provide therapeutic riding.
